Netherlands Centre for Coastal Research (NCK) days 2024

Even if the world succeeds in keeping global climate change under control, sustainable management of deltas will require extensive adaptation measures to cope with the local pressures and ongoing changes. This means quantification on how deltas change, impact of these changes, and eventually improvement in modelling and system understanding is urgent to regain predictive power. Such time consuming tasks require successful on-going collaborations and that is exactly what Delta ENIGMA was doing last week in Amersfoort.
